Whaow, it's been a long time since I updated. I guess I was just so consumed with studying this wonderful subject that I couldn't squeeze out a moment to write here.

Tomorrow I get to prove just how much I adore BIOLOGY by grinding for an hour in ectasy on a wonderful exam of BIOLOGY. How I can't wait!

Oh, yesterday I had such a delicious dose of bio! Birds are absolutely the most fascinating of creatures! How can anyone ever doubt that they come from reptiles? The evidence smacks you in the face. It's just so amazing how just about everything they have lends to their ability to fly, from the size of their eyes to the flow of air through their bodies. Oh, how wonderful they are! And then I studied mammals of all types . . . how absolutely rivetting! All they different kinds of rodents and the number of toes on ungulates . . . oh, oh, OH! *shivers with pleasure* What better way could time be spent?

I haven't been able to study biology for a few days because I had prom. It was a big sacrifice, but one I had to make. As soon as I could, I got back to reading it, while I was in the dress rehearsal for my concert that I was playing in with no sleep. Now, much as I love biology, what I detest is an incompetent biology book. Mostly, the book that I study the most is up to date and accurate, but it had some astonishing inadaquicies regarding animal behavior. I, the mere student and lover of this subject, was able to see easily through their incorrect information. I will skip that chapter and study that part of this wonderful subject in another book, one that knows something about which it teaches. In the meantime . . .

I get to study the human body! Oh, the joy! Who needs sex when you can read biology? How I cannot wait to dig into that section. The eagerness almost overwhelms me. Au revoir, mes amis, for I must quickly leap to studying.

Yesterday I did reptiles! Ooooh, the pleasure! How fascinating! The skin and the lungs and the eggs . . . ah, who could find anything s/he'd rather study? And I read a little about birds, too. So many people say, as a "shocking fact", that birds are descended from dinosaurs, but do they know how? They think the two are so different, but the similarities actually smack you in the face. I look at them and say, "How could I have never seen that before???" And then I smack myself in the face. Just kidding. Smacking myself would take too much time out of study-biology-time, and I want every little second I can get. Milisecond. Nanosecond. Googolplexienth of a second. Oh, how I love this subject!

Yesterday I learned all about amphibians! Oooooooooooo! How exciting!!! Hellbenders are my favorite! And then I read a little about reptiles, which are just FASCINATING! And after that I reviewed photosynthesis, because my day just wouldn't be complete without it. Oh how I love dark and light reactions, differently numbered photosystems, and all that wonderful stuff!
